Location and scenes filmed:
- The kidnapping scene which would provide the climatic ending for the trailer.
- This part would involve the victim waking up and not recognising where she is, her sight is hazy and she looks around herself trying to work out where she is, when she suddenly realises there are dead bodies around her.
- The shots of the protagonist first waking up and looking around herself at the ceiling and the walls. This includes long shots and panning of the location.
- We took close up shots of the lightbulb to indicate how the light is hurting her eyes and making her unable to see.
- We made a lot of the shots unfocused and then focused half way through the shot in order to convery how she is slowly regaining consciousness.
- We could not film the parts of the scene where she looks down to her hands and legs as we do not have the correct chair for the victim to sit on, which would detract from the mise en scene of the shots.
- Therefore, we will have to do this part of the scene another day soon.
- Another option is to have the victim on her knees and tied to a beam, which would be effective however likewise we would have to borrow a rope/chain from somewhere for this to look good.
